CAPITAMALL TRUST VS CAPITACOMMERCIAL TRUST: WHICH IS A BETTER BUY?

CAPITAMALL TRUST, CAPITACOMMERCIAL TRUST
Dear readers, in this post let us compare Capitamall Trust and CapitaCommercial Trust to see which between these two Trusts makes for a better “Buy” now.

Capitamall Trust currently trades at a dividend yield of 3.732% with a Price-to-Book ratio of 1.266. Return-on-Equity is at 9.427% and the stock is 1.18% above its 52-weeks low. Long Term Debt/ Equity is 41.7.
CapitaCommercial Trust currently trades at a dividend yield of 3.558% with a Price-to-Book ratio of 1.123. Return-on-Equity is at 7.845% and the stock is 27.3% above its 52-weeks low. Long Term Debt/ Equity is 36.2.

Given the statistics above, I would think fundamental-wise, both Trusts are about similar. Technical-wise, I would prefer Capitamall Trust since based on the technical chart, its price seems on the uptrend. Whereas for CapitaCommerical Trust, the price seems to be now at resistance level.
