I waste no time to tighten my regime on my food intake now starting with more fruit juices. This new regime is a tightening of my steering away from some of the very unhealthy dishes out there with lots of MSG, salt, oil, sugar, preservative and etc.
Diet aside, exercise is also very important, ensure you exercise regularly and make some time for a little jog especially so when you are tired. It may be an irony but what I find out is that you will be mentally and physically recharged after a good and intense jog and workout; and if these are done in the evenings, you will have a sound sleep.
Drinks lots of water throughout the day too to rehydrate your body.
If you take care of your body through good and disciplined intake of food and water as well as a fitness regime, you will look good and feel good. Health is Wealth and we should cherish our bodies and beside being healthy saves you from somewhat unnecessary medical costs.
