NINE BILLION-CAP STOCKS TRADING AT 52-WEEKS LOW

Singapore Stocks
Dear readers, there are current nine Singapore stocks each with a market cap of at least $1 billion trading on SGX at their 52-weeks low. Are you interested to know the names of these nine stocks? Well, without further ado, the nine stocks are:

1) Ascott Residence Trust

2) CITIC Envirotech Ltd

3) First Resources Limited

4) Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited

5) Keppel Infrastructure Trust

6) SPH REIT

7) Starhill Global Real Estate Investment Trust

8) StarHub Ltd

9) UOB-Kay Hian Holdings Limited

As usual, a little caveat here: by the virtue of these nine stocks each trading at their 52-weeks lows, it does not necessarily mean that these stocks are trading at a bargain and at an attractive valuation. However, the very fact that they are trading at such low prices now could be starting points to understand whether the fundamentals of these businesses have changed or is now a good bargain to invest in these stocks now.
