1) Far East stock: Price-to-book ratio of 0.35; with a Return-on-Equity of 67.72% and a Dividend yield of 25%

2) Ban Leong stock: Price-to-book ratio of 0.89; with a Return-on-Equity of 18.21 % and a Dividend yield of 7.14%
