DIVIDENDS YIELDS OF STI STOCKS... REVEALED!
Dear readers, let us take a look at the dividends yield of the STI stocks right now.
I have mapped the dividends yields of the STI constituent stocks onto the chart above. At this point, you may be interested to know how to interpret the mapping?
Well, please refer to the above guide for the legend.
What stands out for me is that a majority of the STI stocks are paying a dividends yields of between 3% to 5%. Except for Singtel, those STI stocks paying >5% dividends yields are Reits and Trust.
As for the highest yields (>8%), the two STI stocks with such yields are HPH US Trust and Starhub. But noteworthy is that these two stocks are trading at depressed prices hence in view of the depressed prices, the yields are higher. Typical yields of HPH Trust and Starhub are in the range of 6% to 7% and 4% to 5% respectively.
