WILL THIS SLEEPY UNDERVALUED FINANCIAL STOCK BE PRIVATISED NEXT?

Dear readers, with the recent lacklustre stocks environment, I believe investors are already fretting what to do with their investments: to sell before the stocks markets head further south and get corrected? Or to buy more of selected stocks at current prices? With investors already busy fretting about these decisions, I believe investors have hardly time to think about whether certain stocks would get privatized and to buy them now before they are privatized at a good premium.

What if I tell you that there is an undervalued stock which currently has a potential of delisting?

An undervalued stock which has seemingly good fundamentals as below (based on 2 Aug 18 prices):

a) P/B: 0.675

b) Dividend Yield: 4.61% (dividends paid out annually)

c) Undemanding P/E ratio: 10.538

And what if I were to tell you that the controlling shareholders have been buying the shares such that as of Nov 2017, their stake in the company was just under 29.1% but as at Jun 2018, their stake has increased to 29.995% which is just below the 30% threshold that would trigger a mandatory general offer?

What is the name of this stock? And is this stock attractive for investors to take a look at this sleepy stock again?
