GOLDILOCKS AND THE THREE BEARS! WILL THE BABY BEAR RETURN?

Dear readers, we have been in a Goldilocks economy. A Goldilocks economy is an economy that is not so hot that it causes inflation and not so cold that it causes a recession.
 Earlier this year, Mr Ravi Menon, of Singapore's Central Bank, MAS (i.e. MAS Managing Director) warned as to whether the three bears (Papa Bear: Inflation; Mother Bear: Protectionism and Baby Bear: Financial Instability) will return.

My take is that there are now already two bears: rising Inflation and Protectionism. With the past week's showing of the global stocks markets; the "Baby Bear" as what Mr Ravi called, I think financial instability may be coming to the stocks markets soon.
