FOUR SINGAPORE STOCKS WITH THE HIGHEST DEBT-TO-EQUITY RATIO

Singapore Stocks
Dear readers, too much debt is not a good thing to any individual or a company. When there is too much debt or a company has overleveraged, there is the risk that the company could not keep up with the debt to sustain its business. In recent years, we have seen quite a few instances of these.
In this post, I am going to share four Singapore stocks with the Highest Debt-to-Equity ratio. These four stocks are:

1) Aspial Corporation with a debt-to-equity of 281.59%

2) Oxley Holdings with a debt-to-equity of 272.49%

3) Hatten Land with a debt-to-equity of 250.33%

4) Neo Group with a debt-to-equity of 234.13%

Of the four stocks, Aspial, Oxley Holdings and Hatten Land are in Real Estate Management and Development, of which high debt-to-equity ratio is not uncommon in the industry.
