NEXT POTENTIAL PRIVATISATION SINGAPORE STOCKS: POSSIBLE NAMES

Dear readers, it has been some time since I touched on privatization stocks. Privatisation is attractive to investors provided the exit offer is priced at a good premium over the price that the investors have paid for the potential privatization stocks.
My take on the next potential privatization stocks reside around two themes:

1) Offshore marine sector where a consolidation is likely: in this regard, I believe Sembcorp Marine stock is a likely candidate

2) REITS: a consolidation is likely, drawing from what the past privatization of some Reits
