Priced at USD 36 per share at IPO, I had a highest target price personally for this stock at USD 60, which was at a whopping premium of more than 66%. This was based on insights gleaned from the recent US stocks debut performance. Meaning to say that this was the highest price I would pay for Zoom IPO while expecting Zoom stock to continue rally up this price on the day of its debut. Just like what Jumia stock (an earlier US stock debutant) did.
Yes, indeed, as soon as Zoom video stock commenced trading, its stock price went up to USD 65 per price and soon it faltered. Looking at the starting momentum of Zoom Video stock on its first day of debut, I gave up my intention of purchasing this stock since the lack of momentum suggested there is more downside than upside for Zoom stock on its first day of debut.
