GOLDEN AGRICULTURE STOCK VS WILMAR STOCK: WHICH IS A BETTER BUY?

Dear readers, in this post let us compare Golden Agriculture stock and Wilmar stock to see which between these two STI plantation stock makes for a better “Buy” now.
Golden Agriculture stock currently trades at a dividend yield of 2.15% with a Price-to-Book ratio of 0.60. Return-on-Equity is at -0.043% and the stock is 22.2% above its 52-weeks low.

Wilmar stock currently trades at a dividend yield of 3.13% with a Price-to-Book ratio of 0.944. Return-on-Equity is at 7.21% and the stock is 14.1% above its 52-weeks low.

Given the statistics above, though Wilmar is less undervalued than Golden Agriculture, Wilmar scores better than Golden Agriculture in all the other fundamentals be it dividend yield or entry level versus the 52-week lows. More importantly, Wilmar’s Return-on-Equity is at a decent 7.21% compared with a negative Return-on-Equity for Golden Agriculture stock.
