TOM K’S MID-YEAR 2019 INVESTMENT CARD REVEALED!

SINGAPORE STOCKS
Dear readers, I have done a simple mid-year review of my investment this year since we are already in June 2019. Or to be more exact, middle of Jun 2019 already.

For this year, I have, as shared with all of you on Singapore Stocks Investing blog here announced my investment strategy, which in short is called “Stable STI Core, multi-bagged by selective international play”. And I have implemented this strategy in practice year-to-date.

For this year, I stayed away from Singapore stocks as I considered Singaprore stocks markets sluggish and beside many of the STI stocks are beaten down and may continue to stay so that way for some time. For other larger-cap STI stocks like DBS, I don’t think they are cheap either. Despite some market corrections.

Thus I have pursued a strategy focused on trading in selected international stocks amidst the current stocks markets backdrop.

I have managed to grow my portfolio in the international stocks year-to-date by about 50% and realized five-digits-profits.

The progress has been well till early May when some of my international holdings are affected no doubt by trade talks. But I continue to average down or buy more in some instances.

I am grateful for each dollar earned from investing. STABLE STI CORE, MULTI-BAGGED BY SELECTIVE INTERNATIONAL PICKS!
