Dear readers, just some time ago, Global Yellow Page announced that it will be placing out rights shares priced at 20 cents per share in order to raise some funds for its business expansion. What surprised me was that the right shares at 20cents each was at a premium over the then trading price of Global Yellow Pages stock. Since the announcement of the rights issue, Global Yellow Pages stock price has increased.
