HOW TO PREVENT MONDAY BLUES?

  3. Find something to look forward to on Monday, such as a nice breakfast, a coffee date with a friend, or a fun activity after work.
  4. Practice self-care on Monday morning, such as meditating, exercising, or taking a relaxing bath to start the day on a positive note.
  5. Keep a positive attitude and focus on the good things about Mondays, such as having a fresh start to the week and new opportunities ahead.
  6. Break up your day into smaller tasks and try to accomplish one task at a time to avoid feeling overwhelmed.
  7. Take breaks throughout the day to stretch, go for a short walk, or simply relax to prevent burnout.
