WILL YOU INVEST IN THESE TWO LOW-DEBT STOCKS WITH >5% DIVIDENDS YIELDS?

Dear readers, there are currently two stocks on the SGX which have negligible debts and which are trading with more than 5% dividends yields. Interested to know more about the names of these stocks? Without further ado, these stocks are:
1) Duty Free International stock: this stock has a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.22% and a high dividends yields of 8.63%

2) Pacific Century Regional Developments: this stock has a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.73% and a high dividends yields of 5.37%
