But first, let me just share that talks of Wheelock Properties being taken private have surfaced long before the actual privatization deal was confirmed. And for M1, yes, there were some talks on the markets before. So my point is this: before any privatization of a listed company is confirmed, there would be some kind of informal speculation about these companies as privatization candidates first and how this speculation comes about in the first place has really to do, from what I have noticed with the structure of the holding of the listed company (in terms of shareholder) as well as how undervalued or attractive the fundamentals of the listed company stock are for a privatization deal.
