Dear readers, the details of the April 2019 Singapore Savings Bonds has been released. Below are the details of the Bonds as compared with the previous tranches.
Before we go into the comparison of the latest Savings Bonds with the other tranches, just as an update, the March 2019 Singapore Savings Bonds were oversubscribed as what I have earlier anticipated and shared with you all readers. The explanation is simple: looking at the annualized 10-year returns of previous tranches, the return of the Singapore Savings Bond is diminishing and based on this, it is expected that investors will try to get as much of the Singapore Savings Bonds pie before the returns get any lower.

Thus, it is a surprise that the upcoming April 2019 Singapore Savings Bonds offer an annualized 10-year return of only 2.16%, the lowest to-date of all tranches?
