US-CHINA TRADE TALKS: LIKELY TO BE BETTER

Dear readers, all investors’ eyes are on the meeting between US President Donald Trump and China Leader Xi Jin Ping when they meet on the sideline of the G20 meeting in Japan next week.

The focus of every investor’s mind is of course whether there will be an improvement in the US-China trade discussions so as to improve the rather strained trade situation between the two countries.

I am cautiously optimistic that the trade situation between the two world’s giants would be better arising from the G20 meeting. I mean trade wars between US and China will just be bad for their economy with larger spill-over effects globally.

Specifically, there may not be any firmed up agreement to better the current trade status between the two nations but any slight indication of possible better trade talk outcomes should be welcome by investors.

And that means good news for investors who have been building up their positions during the current times.
