END OF SECONDARY SCHOOL STREAMING: THREE STOCKS IN FOCUS

Dear readers, the Singapore government has announced that it will scrap away the current streaming system in secondary schools. With the proposed move, students will no longer be streamed into the Express or Normal streams. So with a more consolidated banding, what does it mean for the three education stocks in Singapore?

These three stocks are:

1) Mindchamps

2) Overseas Education

3) Raffles Education

For Mindchamps, how will the proposed move toward a more consolidated banding of secondary school students affect the requirement of parents to have their children enrolled in enrichment lessons offered by Mindchamps?
